Ethan Graves, Victoria Pembroke, and the Trafficking Network

Ethan Graves and Victoria Pembroke are fictional composite characters drawn from documented reporting on, among other things, elite sex trafficking networks. Their operation (a massage and modeling agency fronting a prostitution and child trafficking ring that serves wealthy and powerful clients) is informed by the Miami Herald’s extensive investigation into Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell, and reporting on similar private party networks involving other powerful men. The bipartisan nature and vast scope of the clientele, and the dangers for victims who went to Epstein’s private island, were documented throughout the Department of Justice’s files on Epstein.
